• Chargebacks, payment fraud and attempts to reverse legitimate transactions improperly are prohibited and may lead to account restrictions or closure.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

PHTAYA may restrict, suspend or close an account when the account breaches these terms, involves suspicious activity or creates a security or payment concern. Members who wish to stop using their account may contact customer service for assistance with the account closure process.

• A suspected breach may result in an immediate temporary suspension while the account and related activity are reviewed.
• PHTAYA may temporarily restrict access to an account or hold related transactions during a security, payment or promotion investigation.
• If an account is closed after a review, any remaining balance will be handled according to the applicable account, payment and promotion terms. Promotional funds and rewards remain subject to their turnover, eligibility and cancellation rules.
